This subchapter shall not affect the immunity of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and its employees, or officials with respect to lawsuits and forums. None of the provisions herein authorizes actions for damages against the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, its employees, or officials for acts or omissions of the latter, resulting from compliance with this subchapter.
