Definitions for purposes of §§ 211 l -5—211 l -10 of this title:(a) Department.— Means the Department of the Family.(b) Secretary.— Means the Secretary of the Department of the Family.(c) Secretariat.— Means the office of the Secretariat of Family Services of the Department of the Family.(d) Elderly.— Means a person who is 60 years of age or older.
