The Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, hereinafter referred to as 'the Secretary', is hereby authorized to impose service fees for handling the requests submitted to the Department of the Treasury, which require the issuing of administrative determinations, opinions and other similar requests. The Secretary shall be empowered to establish, through regulations, the aforementioned fees. Furthermore, said regulations shall establish the categories or subcategories in order to classify the various types of requests filed with the Department of the Treasury.
