The Office of Minors’ and Family Affairs shall be under the direction of an advocate or the official of the Department that the Secretary designates, who shall be a person of proven moral standing and an attorney admitted into the practice of the legal profession by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, with not less than six (6)-year experience in investigations and the practice of the legal profession.
