Prosecutors and advocates shall be entitled to accrue and enjoy vacation and sick leaves pursuant to the norms that apply to the employees of the Department. The Secretary shall adopt, through regulations, the procedure on the granting, enjoyment and liquidation of the vacation and sick leaves established by law. History —Aug. 9, 2004, No. 205, § 83.
