Sections 304—322 and 324—328 of this title shall be known and referred to as the 'Organic Act of the Department of Labor and Human Resources of Puerto Rico'.The Department of Labor and Human Resources is reorganized on the basis of the following operational components:(a) The Right to Employment Administration(b) The Corps of Volunteers at the Service of Puerto Rico(c) The Minimum Wage Board(d) Programs in effect in the Department(e) The Council for Occupational Development and Human Resources.
