The following sections shall be organized within the Service of Industrial Supervision:(a) Supervision of Men’s Work.(b) Supervision of Women’s Work.(c) Supervision of Industrial [Home-based work].The Service of Industrial Supervision shall have charge of:The supervision of the enforcement of the laws protecting labor.The inspection of commercial and industrial establishments, agricultural plantations, properties, farms, factories, shops, mills, offices, public-service enterprises, and other establishments or places where any kind of work is done.The investigation of the living and working conditions of workmen and employees.
