The Secretary shall be empowered to impose fines up to a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).The Secretary may impose fines for violation of the provisions of this chapter, the acts administered by the Department or the regulations, or orders issued by the Department. Each day that the same violation is incurred, shall be deemed as a separate violation.
