The Department shall organize and support a museum which shall maintain exhibits in ethnology, paleontology, numismatics, biology, mineralogy, the flora and the fauna of Puerto Rico, and such other exhibits as may be advisable and historical; it shall organize a commercial section, principally concerning the agricultural and industrial products of Puerto Rico.
