The Division of Publicity, Library and Publications shall be divided into the following sections:(a) Section of Publicity.— This section shall supervise and edit all the departmental publications; shall prepare and release all information for the press and shall be in charge of the section of industry and commerce of the Revista de Agricultura, Industria y Comercio of Puerto Rico.(b) Section of Library and Publications.— This section shall be in charge of publishing and distributing the Revista de Agricultura, Industria y Comercio and all other publications that the department may prepare, and of receiving, cataloging, and filing books, bulletins, pamphlets, and publications received or purchased by said department.
