The Secretary of Health is hereby directed and authorized to take the administrative measures needed to transfer to the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration created hereinunder, all personnel; real, movable and intellectual property; treatment, rehabilitation or any other type of centers; programs; unused appropriations or other Commonwealth, federal or any other funds corresponding to the Deputy Secretariat of Mental Health of the Department of Health. The funds needed to continue the mental health services shall be appropriated in the General Budget of Expenses of the Government of Puerto Rico, to the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration.
