No provision of this chapter shall be construed as modifying, altering or invalidating any agreement, contract, covenant or claim in effect on the date of approval of this act and during the transfer period. Once the transfer is completed, the Administrator may negotiate, terminate, or modify said agreements, covenants, or contracts, through regulations approved to such effects. History —Aug. 7, 1993, No. 67, § 17, eff. 60 days after Aug. 7, 1993.
