So that the continuity of the programs and services are not affected negatively by the transfers authorized by this chapter, it is hereby authorized as a transitional measure, that those regulations, rules and orders that apply to the Department of Addiction Services, and the Deputy Secretariat of Mental Health of the Department of Health, which are not in conflict with this chapter, shall continue in effect until they are amended, repealed or replaced by the Administrator. The regulations authorized under this chapter shall be promulgated within one (1) year from the date of approval of this act. History —Aug. 7, 1993, No. 67, § 18, eff. 60 days after Aug. 7, 1993.
