For the purpose of §§ 412, 413, 417—423 of this title, and §§ 1—5, 41—46 of Title 22, the term Commonwealth public works shall include, in addition to the specific provisions of § 417 of this title, all works that may be of general use and benefit to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, all constructions that may be destined for services of which the Commonwealth government has charge, and all other works, which, although not included within the meaning of the foregoing provisions, may hereafter be declared as such by the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico.
