The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby authorized to set aside annually, out of the funds for the construction, maintenance and repair of roads and bridges, the sum of four thousand, eight hundred dollars ($4,800) for the purchase of one thousand copies monthly of the Revista de Transportacion y Obras Publicas de Puerto Rico, to be distributed to all public works overseers and road masters.
