The furniture presently located in La Fortaleza and any future acquisition that is declared of historical or artistic value shall be considered as part of the public properties and shall be inalienable.Those halls or rooms which the Committee declares as historical, or of historical patrimony, and which have been classified as such in the Executive Order issued by the Governor proclaiming the public policy document of the restoration, preservation and improvement of La Fortaleza, cannot be altered significantly to diminish or vary their historical value.
