The Fund hereby created shall supersede and replace, and shall be considered as a continuation of, the Emergency Fund created by Act No. 33 approved April 28, 1932, as subsequently amended. All kinds of revenues, securities, credits, advances, properties and other accruals belonging to the now existing Emergency Fund shall form a part of and be transferred to the Emergency Fund created by §§ 457-465 of this title.
