In the exercise of the adjudicative powers conferred upon him/her in § 532g of this title, the investigating official may designate examiners to preside over the administrative hearings that are conducted.The designated examiner shall render a report to the investigating official, which shall contain an account of the facts with his/her conclusions and recommendations, and the Investigating Official shall issue a decision on the complaint under his/her consideration within the terms established in §§ 2101 of this title, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico', for these matters.
