Once the execution of a sentence is suspended under the provisions of §§ 1026—1029 of Title 34, or by virtue of §§ 1042 and 1043 of Title 34, or a penalty other than imprisonment is imposed pursuant to the Penal Code of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the person shall be relieved from the inability established by law to discharge public offices and to render any other services in any other manner in the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, its agencies, instrumentalities, organizations, offices and political subdivisions.
