There shall also be relieved from the inability referred to in § 556a of this title, persons paroled pursuant to Act No. 266 of April 4, 1946, as amended, and those persons on probation or on parole by the federal jurisdiction of the United States, the District of Columbia or any of the federal states, territories or possessions of the United States and who are residing in Puerto Rico by permission of the authority that has granted such probation or parole.
