The Secretary of State is hereby directed to submit to the present and succeeding regular sessions of the Legislature a list of all those employees and officers of the Commonwealth, whether in active service or retired, for whom the Department of State has under custody, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 578-580 of this title, gifts, donations, decorations, or offices, presented by foreign countries or officers.
