The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and all the deans of the University of Puerto Rico, as well as the directors of the Experimental Station and the Agricultural Extension Service of the University of Puerto Rico are hereby empowered to administer to the employees of the University the oath of office prescribed by § 601 of this title.
