Commonwealth agency.— Means all the departments, officials, officers, commissions, boards, institutions, public corporations, members and officers of the Judiciary Branch, the House of Representatives, the Senate, their Committees and the municipalities.Disaster.— Shall mean emergency situations caused by hurricanes, storms, floods, earthquakes, fires and situations of 'force majeure' that require emergency services.
