The personnel transferred shall maintain all the rights or status that they had in their former office or position under the rules and classifications in force pursuant to the personnel laws of Puerto Rico with regard to employment or reimbursement in the Government service that they had at the time they were transferred. Likewise, if they are the beneficiaries of any pension, retirement or savings fund and loans system or systems, they shall withhold the rights, privileges, obligations and status with respect as same were prescribed by law for the personnel of the agency from where they were transferred.
