The Director of the Office of Personnel is hereby empowered, with the approval of the Governor, to include under the provisions of §§ 711c and 711e of this title and of such regulatory provisions as may be put into effect to implement the application of said sections, the personnel employed in the direction, supervision or inspection of any other personnel in public works or other projects, when the duration of said projects is determinable and there is no reasonable certainty that such personnel will remain indefinitely in the service. The inclusion may be made on the basis of individual projects or of types of projects, by occupations or groups of occupations, or on another basis convenient to the service. The Director of the Office of Personnel shall establish the general classification and compensation standards to be applied in these cases. History —June 26, 1958, No. 110, p. 265, § 7, eff.
