The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works and the Chief Engineer of the Isabela Irrigation Service are hereby authorized to include in the budget of said Irrigation Service each year, an item for the payment of fifty (50) percent of the medical and hospitalization service established by Act No. 466 of 1946, for the benefit of those employees who may voluntarily avail themselves of such service. Said sum shall be placed at the disposal of the Commissioner of Insurance of Puerto Rico, to pay for the medical services in accordance with the contract or contracts executed for the purpose.
