The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to deduct from the salaries of such employees of the Isabela Irrigation Service as may voluntarily have availed themselves of the aforesaid medical and hospitalization services, the amount of the assessment to be paid by them, as well as the cost of the medical and hospitalization services authorized by said officers and employees in favor of their relatives or dependents; Provided, That the Secretary of the Treasury shall place the sums so deducted from the salaries of said employees at the disposal of the Commissioner of Insurance of Puerto Rico, to cover the aforesaid services.
