The Manager of the State Insurance Fund is hereby directed to pay to the Employees Retirement System of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, during the fiscal year 1953-54 and succeeding fiscal years, chargeable to the general receipts of said Fund, the employer contributions of the State Insurance Fund and the Industrial Commission; Provided, That said contributions shall include the current services for the different years as well as the proportionate share necessary to reduce the actuarial deficit.
