The employees of the Agricultural Extension Service of the University of Puerto Rico, covered by the Government of Puerto Rico pension plan who, on the date this act takes effect, are entitled to avail themselves of the federal government plan or who may hereafter acquire the right to avail themselves, of said pension plan, shall retain the right to remain connected with both plans if they so desire.
