To achieve the purposes and objectives of §§ 830-830i of this title, the Commission is hereby empowered to perform, contract and order the studies it deems are necessary or convenient. Every agency of the Government of Puerto Rico as well as every public corporation or municipality will provide all information required by the Commission regarding its functions and responsibilities. The Retirement Boards or Boards of Trustees of the several retirement systems that cover the public servants of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as well as the administrators of said systems shall advise and offer the Commission any cooperation and information it may require from them.The departments, agencies, bureaus, public corporations and their subsidiaries, as well as the municipalities are hereby authorized to provide personnel services, facilities and resources to the Commission upon its request or by request of the Governor of Puerto Rico.
