The Administration of Energy Affairs and the General Services Administration shall render a biannual progress report to the Legislature concerning the effects of this measure. Said report shall include information on the following matters, among others:(a) The energy saved as a result of the measure.(b) The economic cost/benefit of the standards and measures pursuant to §§ 914-1 — 914-6 of this title.(c) The difficulties encountered in the implementation of the measure.(d) Recommendations regarding the measure.The Electric Power Authority shall provide the support, information and technical expertise that is requested by the other two (2) agencies in order to comply with this mandate.
