Each of the entities bound by §§ 926a—926c of this title shall adjust its internal procedures and regulations to the provisions set forth in §§ 926a—926c of this title. No regulatory disposition approved by §§ 926a—926c of this title shall limit the scope of the provisions set forth herein.
