There shall be in the Administration an Assistant Administrator appointed by the Administrator. In the case of absence or temporary disability of the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator shall act as Acting Administrator during said absence or disability.In the case of death or removal of the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator shall assume the functions of the latter, as Acting Administrator, for the duration of the vacancy.
