The Office of Management and Budget shall render an annual report on the concrete actions taken to enforce the public policy herein established and the progress of the electronic government to the Legislative Assembly and the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Such report shall also include an analysis of the impact of the Electronic Government Program on human resources administration.
