(a) The Historical Archive shall keep custody of the following documents, not to be construed as a limitation:\n(1) All Journals of Sessions and Minute Books of the Legislative Assemblies after the approval of the Constitution of Puerto Rico (1953 to present);\n(2) the Journals of Sessions of the Constitutional Convention (1952);\n(3) all documents related to the Legislative Assembly under the Charter of Autonomy (1898), the Organic Act of 1900 (Foraker Act), and the Organic Act of 1917 (Jones Act);\n(4) all documents related to the construction of the Capitol, as well as the buildings comprised within the Capitol District, and the renovations sustained by them throughout history;\n(5) all works of art or photographs related to the history of the Legislative Assembly or its buildings or facilities, and\n(6) any documents, collections, or objects related to the Legislative Assembly, whether originating from existing Legislative Assembly Archives or under the custody of educational or private institutions, Government agencies, or individual private collections.\n(b) The Historical Archive shall keep a Document Curatorship and Preservation Room or Laboratory, a Reference Room, and an
