For purposes of this chapter the term 'public servants' includes any person who, in representation of the Puerto Rico Government, or one of its branches, agencies, instrumentalities or municipalities, travels outside Puerto Rico, and whose air transportation expenses are in any manner paid for with public funds. This chapter shall not apply to employees of any offices of agencies, instrumentalities and public corporations of the Puerto Rico Government located outside the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Sept. 28, 2002, No. 238, § 3.
