Any type of trip where the Puerto Rico Government, in any of its branches, agencies, instrumentalities or municipalities, grants some help for the purchase or air tickets to any person or group going outside the island to represent Puerto Rico. The provisions of this chapter shall include any person or group of persons who go outside the island to represent Puerto Rico and/or receive help from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, through any of its branches, agencies, instrumentalities or municipalities, for the purchase of tickets.\nHistory —Sept. 28, 2002, No. 238, § 4.
