Travel agents issuing tickets for the purposes of this chapter may charge five percent (5%) of the air ticket price, up to a maximum of twenty-five dollars ($25) for each ticket as a service fee for the transactions performed if the issuer of the ticket does not pay a commission.\nHistory —Sept. 28, 2002, No. 238, § 5.
