The Secretary of State is hereby empowered, authorized and directed to deposit and cover into the general funds of the Commonwealth Treasury of Puerto Rico any sums of money which for administering oath on applications for passports and for the filing of said applications, said official is under obligation to collect and does collect in accordance with the provisions of the Act of the Congress of the United States, approved June 4, 1920, as said Act appears in 22 U.S.C., § 214.
