The officers and employees who pass to render services under §§ 66—66j of this title are hereby authorized to receive any additional pay from the Government of the United States of North America, or from any of its political subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities, without in any wise affecting the payment to which they are entitled as officers and employees of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
