Any advance of funds received from the Government of the United States of North America, or from any of its political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, for the payment of services referred to in §§ 66—66j of this title, shall be covered into a trust fund hereby created in the Commonwealth treasury. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to make, chargeable to said fund, those disbursements that may be necessary for the payment of such services.The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby further authorized to advance to the trust fund, from any available funds in the Commonwealth treasury, such sums as may be necessary for the fulfilment of provisions of §§ 66—66j of this title. Any reimbursement of funds received from the Government of the United States of North America, or from any of its political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities by reason of the services referred to in §§ 66—66j of this title, shall be covered into the General Fund of the Commonwealth treasury.
