It is hereby prohibited to participate, decree, or induce the members of a labor organization or any other group of employees of the public sector whether by a person in his/her individual capacity or by a labor organization to decree or participate in a strike.Those employees that participate in a strike may be dismissed in accordance to the regulatory provisions on disciplinary actions promulgated by the agency.
