The Chairperson and the members of the Commission may avail themselves, at their option, of the benefits of the Commonwealth Employees’ Retirement System, in which case the Commission shall be under the obligation to pay the corresponding employer’s contribution and process all necessary documents. Furthermore, the Chairperson and the members of the Commission may avail themselves, at their option, of the savings and loan benefits and other services offered by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Employees’ Association.
