The Board of Appeals of the Education System, created pursuant to § 274e of Title 18, shall retain its current jurisdiction for those cases in which the employees affected are not covered by this chapter.The Board shall gradually reduce its personnel in the measure that the cases presented before are it reduced. The Board may transfer personnel to the Commission to those positions for which they qualify, and subject to the acceptance of the employees affected by the transfer.
