The Chairperson and the commissioners may avail themselves, at their option, of the benefits of the Employee Retirement System of the Commonwealth, in which case, the Commission shall be under the obligation to pay the corresponding employer contribution and to process all documents necessary. Furthermore, the Chairperson and the commissioners may avail themselves, at their option, of the benefits of savings and loans and other services offered by the Puerto Rico Commonwealth Employee Association.
