The Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption shall contain the following information:\n(a) Full name of the person convicted of corruption.\n(b) Driver’s license number, date of birth and last four digits of the Federal Social Security number.\n(c) Case number, jurisdiction and court issuing verdict.\n(d) Date of sentence or conviction of corruption.\n(e) Crime for which convicted.\n(f) Penalty imposed.\n(g) Whether the sentence is final and binding or is under appeal.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1997, No. 119, § 4.
