The Police of Puerto Rico shall serve notice on the person concerned, in writing, of its intention to include said person in the Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption.\nSaid person, within thirty (30) days of being notified, may object and introduce evidence in his/her behalf stating the reason why he/she should not be included in the Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption.\nThe term for objecting and introducing favorable evidence shall be fixed by the Puerto Rico Police through regulations pursuant to the terms established for this type of procedure in §§ 2101 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1997, No. 119, § 5.
