The Superintendent of the Puerto Rico Police, or his/her representatives, shall have custody of the information contained in the Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption.\nHe/she shall be responsible for preserving and updating the information contained in the Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption.\nHe/she shall furthermore divulge the information to those persons designated in all Personnel Offices of the agencies and municipalities of the Government of Puerto Rico for purposes solely related to the provisions of this chapter.\nShould the person convicted of corruption request a copy of the information contained in the Register of Persons Convicted of Corruption, it shall be provided free of charge.
