The Governor of Puerto Rico shall evaluate the entire Executive Branch, including the public corporations, with a view to proposing necessary changes that will permit him to fulfill the purposes and aims set forth in § 1552 of this title, and shall submit the reorganization plan or plans hereinafter mentioned.\nHistory —May 30, 1976, No. 71, p. 211, § 4.
