For the purposes of this subchapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning stated below:(1) Young person. — Means any person who is between thirteen (13) and twenty-nine (29) years of age.(2) Youth. — Refers to the total population group between the age of thirteen (13) and twenty-nine (29) years.(3) Young people. — Shall have the same meaning as the term 'Youth'.
